Nora Pickett and our other Personal Trainers and Coaches like Darcie Klatt from Excel Fitness take your fitness and high performance athletic goals very seriously!. We analyze our clients' present fitness levels, athletic abilities and related skills as the foundation for our programs in order to coach our clients effectively and efficiently. Whether your desire is to become more fit in general or to excel as a top World level Irish dancer or professional athlete, we are here to challenge you, constantly motivate you and support you on your amazing journey.
With 20+ years of athletic success, elite Irish dance instructing (TCRG for 25+yrs) coaching and personal training experience, we are capable of analyzing your body, your present fitness and nutrition plan, and sport/dance plan.. We create comprehensive fitness and nutrition programs that will help you reach your goals. We will show you the best body weight exercises and equipment to use and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting to new fitness habits and adjusting to a new high performance 12 month (year round) program is difficult and often involves pitfalls, rewards and all kinds of learning experiences along the way. Our goal is to change your view on fitness and high performance training, so that it becomes part of who you are and your ongoing lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits and stick to a regular program, you will be able to reach your goals and excel in ;your dancing or sport!
